My name is Julia, and I love to create. Since I discovered iMovie Trailer templates at the age of ten, I've been utilizing video editing systems to create my own stories and express myself. A passion that started with creating silly videos of my friends has since transitioned to encompass a wide range of skill sets and content genres that I developed throughout my education and personal practice.

I've recently had the privilege to work with companies like Performance Edge NC, The Anthropologists, and Halite Solutions to collaborate on promotional videos for their social media. As Performance Edge's Social Media Manager, I managed publications on multiple social media accounts and launched the YouTube and TikTok accounts for the channel, further expanding its social outreach.
Having grown up watching a lot of YouTube, I feel a special passion for the specific content that can be created utilizing this platform. My work with YouTube management extends beyond Performance Edge to the channel HuliaJulia, in which I research, script, produce, edit, and upload content exploring various topics of interest. This experience has provided me with valuable skill sets such as scriptwriting, archival research, videography, audio recording and synchronization, motion graphic animation, color grading, and timeline management.
I believe that we are privileged to exist in a world in which we have the tools to transform what exists in our imaginations into something that can be seen on screen. I hold the art of creation at the forefront of every endeavor I embark on, and firmly believe in using said tools to invoke positive experiences and connect one another.
